伊内萨·辛克维奇在她的家乡乌克兰的哈尔科夫音乐学校学习钢琴，师从维克多·马卡罗夫，后来在特拉维夫的鲁宾音乐学院跟随亚历山大·沃尔科夫学习。美以文化基金会的奖学金，令她得以在美国跟随所罗门·米科夫斯基 （Solomon Mikowsky）教授 深造，并在芝加哥表演艺术学院获得音乐硕士学位，随后她在曼哈顿音乐学院获得音乐艺术博士学位。辛克维奇自 年起成为曼哈顿音乐学院大学钢琴系的教师，她自 年起便开始担任该大学预科部的工作人员。
